Hospitality:
Lunch will be served at approximately 12PM. Roustabout competitors’ lunch is included in their entry fee. Lunch is $6.00
Upon arrival all spectators and participants must register at the home base site.

Greetings Texas Brown Dog Community!
Hope all is well with you and yours as we look forward to cooler weather and days in the field after a hot Texas summer.
We would like to invite you to our October 26th 2019, Member’s Only Social for a complimentary meal, membership meeting and B.O.D. Election. Non-members may join or renew at the event. Renewal and new memberships in October will include 2020 membership.
WHERE:
​The event will be held at Ken & Carol Cleghorn’s place: 109 D N Watts Lane, Belton, TX 76513-9454
WHEN:
Saturday, October 26th from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM. 
Of course, LBD’s are welcome and there is plenty of shade and room for browns to run around, and their families to relax and visit!
WHAT:
 Our October theme is South of the Border Tex Mex. We will enjoy some great food including beef and chicken fajitas, homemade Spanish rice and beans with all of the fixings, including margaritas. Bring a favorite salsa recipe!
Our Board of Directors election will be held at this meeting as well as an opportunity to get your valued input on the direction of BSCT in serving our little brown dogs and those that cherish them. Please reach out to our nominating committee if you have suggestions for a member that is willing to give of their time and talents.
